You may now add the following email tags (or commonly known as short codes) to the built-in email notifications and as well as the additional email template. These are the email tags that you can add:

Your Name {Webinar Ninja User Name}

Make sure to paste the tag or short code as plain text (CTRL/CMD+SHIFT+V).
The email tags cannot be used on the subject line. They are also case-sensitive.

 

To add the email tags to your email templates, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that you have already created a webinar. If not, please click here to learn how to create one.

2. Select your webinar from the Home page.

3. Click on EDIT EMAIL NOTIFICATION.

4. Select any of the email templates listed where you want the email tags to be added then click on EDIT EMAIL. Or you can choose to create an additional email template by clicking on ADD AN EMAIL.

5. Simply edit the email template to your liking then add the email tag that you want included in the email as shown below:

Notes:

  • Make sure to paste the tag or short code as plain text (CTRL/CMD+SHIFT+V).
  • The email tags are case-sensitive.
  • The email tags cannot be used on the subject line.
  • You can test your email template to see if the email tags are showing correct information by clicking on Send Test Email. Check your email after clicking that button to see the actual email template that you have edited/modified with the email tag. Another way of testing this is to register another one of your email addresses to your webinar.
