By integrating ClickFunnels with WebinarNinja you will be able to use ClickFunnels pages as your registration page for WebinarNinja webinars. After integrating ClickFunnels with WebinarNinja, those who register on your ClickFunnels page will automatically get added to your webinar registrants list and receive webinar email notifications via WebinarNinja. They will sign into the webinar using the same name and email they registered with.
Integration with ClickFunnels is quite easy. Just follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Create a new integration.
Create a new integration inside ClickFunnels. Just navigate to My Account >> Settings >> Email Integrations >> New Integration. Click on New Integration as shown below.
Create a Nickname for your Integration. We called this HTML but you can call it WebinarNinja or the name of your webinar.
Select HTML form from the Integration Name dropdown menu. Click Create Integration.
Step 2: Adding Your WebinarNinja webinar registration code.
Open your page in the editor. Note that an Optin Page will work best.
Choose Integration and Select the Nickname you created (either WebinarNinja or the name of your webinar).
Now log into your WebinarNinja account and navigate to Integrations > On-Site Registration. Find the webinar you would like to integrate ClickFunnels with and click the Copy Code button. This will automatically copy the code you need. You may also view the code and copy it if you wish by clicking View Code.
Now go back to ClickFunnels and paste the registration code into the HTML box. Also manually paste your WebinarNinja Thank You page link in the box below it so the ClickFunnels registration page redirects to your WebinarNinja Thank you page.
To find your webinar Thank You page, go to your WebinarNinja account then navigate to Home > Click on your webinar > Edit webinar > Advanced tab. Scroll down and copy your Thank You page link.
After you have pasted your WebinarNinja Thank You page, Select Parse & Save.
Step 3: Connecting your form fields.
After you click Parse & Save, it will display the box below the form code that shows all of the form fields it found in the code. Click the drop down and match them to the form fields on your page. The extra fields from the form can be left as Not Synced. All you need to sync is Name and E-mail. There is no need to click Parse & Save again.
That’s it! You’re all set. Your ClickFunnels page is now integrated with your WebinarNinja webinar.
Registrants will be sent to your WebinarNinja Thank You page automatically once registered. Note that we cannot use a different Thank You page other than the default one. Those who register on your ClickFunnels page will automatically get added to your webinar registrants list and receive webinar email notifications via WebinarNinja. They will sign into the webinar using the same name and email they registered with.
