The function of integration between HubSpot and WebinarNinja is to synchronize the collected email addresses from WebinarNinja to HubSpot so that you won’t have to manually export the email list and import them into your email marketing platform. Follow the steps below to start integrating HubSpot with WebinarNinja.

  1. Log in to your HubSpot
  2. Click on the profile icon at the top-right corner of the page.PowerPoint Presentation
  3. Click on Integrations.PowerPoint Presentation
  4. Click on Get your HubSpot API Key.PowerPoint Presentation
  5. Click on View Key or Generate Key if you haven’t already.PowerPoint Presentation
  6. Copy your API Key by clicking on Copy to clipboard.
  7. Log in to your WebinarNinja Account.
  8. Click on Integrations.
  9. Click on Emails.
  10. Click on the HubSpot logo.HubSpot
  11. Paste your API Key.
  12. Click on Integrate and then click OK on the pop-up that comes up.HubSpot Paste Key
  13. Click Submit on any webinar you wish to sync the email list with your integrated email marketing platform.

Note: The synchronization will only work with Static lists and not with Smart lists in “HubSpot” so always use Static lists.
