By integrating Leadpages with WebinarNinja you will be able to use Leadpages pages and forms as your registration page for WebinarNinja webinars. After integrating Leadpages with WebinarNinja, those who register on your Leadpages page or form will automatically get added to your webinar registrants list and receive webinar email notifications via WebinarNinja. They will sign into the webinar using the same name and email they registered with.
Integration with Leadpages is quite easy. Just follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Turning on integrations in Leadpages.
Once you log into your Leadpages account, navigate to your dropdown menu in the top right hand corner as shown below. Click Integrations.
Scroll down to Other Copy/Paste as shown below and click that icon.
Click the Connect button shown below.
Once you clicked Connect you should see a message that says Copy/Paste is active.
Step 2: Adding Your WebinarNinja webinar registration code.
Now find the Leadpages page you would like to integrate with WebinarNinja and go into the edit mode. Once you are in edit mode, click the Primary Sign Up Button to edit the sign up form.
Then click Integration settings as shown below.
In the Integrate form with area, choose Other. You should see an HTML code box appear as shown below.
Log into your WebinarNinja account and navigate to Integrations > On-Site Registration. Find the webinar you would like to integrate Leadpages with and click the Copy Code button. This will automatically copy the code you need. You may also view the code and copy it if you wish by clicking View Code.
Now go back to Leadpages and paste the registration code into the HTML box. Then click the Customize this form button.
Step 3: Setting your Thank You page.
The last step is to configure Leadpages so it sends your registrants to your WebinarNinja Thank You page once they’ve registered. Click the Thank you page link in Leadpages as shown below.
In your WebinarNinja account go to Home > Click on your webinar > Edit webinar > Advanced tab. Scroll down and copy your Thank You page link.
Go back to Leadpages and paste your WebinarNinja Thank You page link in to the box as shown below. Then click Okay.
That’s it! You’re all set. Your Leadpages page is now integrated with your WebinarNinja webinar.
