By integrating OptimizePress with WebinarNinja you will be able to use OptimizePress pages and forms as your registration page for WebinarNinja webinars. After integrating OptimizePress with WebinarNinja, those who register on your OptimizePress page or form will automatically get added to your webinar registrants list and receive webinar email notifications via WebinarNinja. They will sign into the webinar using the same name and email they registered with.

Integration with OptimizePress is quite easy. Just follow these simple steps.

Adding Your WebinarNinja webinar registration code.

Find the OptimizePress page you would like to integrate with WebinarNinja and go into the Live Editor mode. Once you are in Live Editor mode, click the pencil icon to edit the sign up form.

Step 1

In the From HTML tab, click the Custom form option in the Integration Type dropdown menu.

Step 2

Log into your WebinarNinja account and navigate to Integrations > On-Site Registration. Find the webinar you would like to integrate OptimizePress with and click the Copy Code button. This will automatically copy the code you need. You may also view the code and copy it if you wish by clicking View Code.

Now go back to OptimizePress and paste the registration code into the HTML box.

Step 4

Make sure you choose 0 for the name field order and 1 for the email field order.

Step 5

Click the insert button as shown below.

Step 6

Choose Publish on the dropdown menu and click Save & Close to save your changes.

Step 7

That’s it! You’re all set. Your OptimizePress page is now integrated with your WebinarNinja webinar. Registrants will be sent to your WebinarNinja Thank You page automatically once registered.
