By integrating your website with WebinarNinja you will be able to embed a simple registration form on your site and allow visitors to register for your WebinarNinja webinars. After adding this registration form, those who register on your website will automatically get added to your webinar registrants list and receive webinar email notifications via WebinarNinja. They will sign into the webinar using the same name and email they registered with.
To add a registration form to your website, just follow these simple steps.
Edit Your WebinarNinja webinar registration form.
You can customize your Title and Description of the webinar registration form you will be embedding on your website.
Log into your WebinarNinja account and navigate to Integrations > On-Site Registration. Find the webinar you would like to add a registration form for and click the Edit Form button. This will open an edit form box so you can edit the Title and Description of your form. Edit the Title and Description if you wish and click save.
You may also view the edited form once saved by clicking View Form.

Next, copy your form code by clicking the Copy Code button.
Now head over to your website and choose the page you want to add your form to. This is an HTML form so you need to find where on your website you insert HTML. If you are not sure, call your website hosting provider. They can help.
In this example, I’m pasting my registration form on a page on a WordPress website. I navigate to the Text tab where I enter the HTML code view.
I then paste the code I copied from WebinarNinja into my site and click Publish.
So as you can see, my webinar Registration form is now published on my site page. In this example I published this on a blog post titled Add Webinar Form.
That’s it! You’re all set. Your website now has a webinar registration form. Registrants will be sent to your WebinarNinja Thank You page automatically once registered.
